Andre, Anida (Ficks' daughter) and their kids on tour from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Stella in Applebees. They resided in the Hilton while visiting Niagara Falls; Fickie and Stella joined them for two days.

Henry Moore's collection of reclining figures in the AGO.


The Forty Part Molet music by English Renaissance composer Thomas Tallis as arranged by Janet Cardiff next to the Moore exhibition. This work was performed by 8 choirs in 5 voices over 40 loud speakers and is titled "Spem in alium" (Hope for another).

Interior of the church, showing the flu from a wood burner in the back running to the front to better utilized heat. This design was seen in various other buildings for this part of the world where winters are rather cold.

Finally, we could launch our boat. The engine started on the second pull and there was a number    of very interested spectators including some quite experienced fishermen, who were rather surprised at such a fold-up phenomenon performing so well!
